Product Description

We offer many different material options for your signs. Scroll down on this page to read about each material.

Aluminum (0.040) (0.063) ( 0.080)

The gold standard for sign panels nationwide. Baked on enamel glossy finish guaranteed never to rust. Lightweight and yet rigid. Perfect for hanging signs at your most prominent properties. .040 Aluminum is like 24 gauge steel, and is as thick as 1 dime. Our .063 Aluminum is like 20 gauge steel, and is as thick as a nickel. We also offer .080 which is the most heavy duty.  In all three cases, unlike steel, Aluminum won’t rust.

Steel (24 Gauge)

Comes in 24 gauge thickness which provides a rigid material that does not bend or bow. Panels hang nice and straight. The material comes with a thin galvanized coating to help protect against rust and corrosion. We also apply a white polyester coating onto the galvanized coating to produce a clean smooth high gloss finish. Note: Rusting can and will occur to any area of the sign where these protective coatings have been chipped, worn, or scratched.

ACM (3mil)

Aluminum composite material is a combination of a polyethylene core sandwiched between two thin sheets of aluminum.  It has a very high gloss finish with a black/white side view.  This material makes for a great sign insert but not for hanging signs.

PVC (3mil) (0.10)

This plastic material is 3mm thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel) with a high gloss finish. It is rigid and does not bend or bow, and weathers well. Great for hanging signs. Should last 3 years in most conditions.

Coroplast (10mil)

This corrugated plastic material is very durable and rigid. It is a full 3/8″ thick (i.e. about the thickness of 5 quarters), however it’s fairly lightweight, and weatherproof. Perfect for hanging signs, commercial signs & heavy-duty directional signs. Should last 24 months under most conditions.

Coroplast (4mil)

This corrugated plastic material is 1/8″ thick (i.e. about the thickness of 2 nickels). Non-Yellowing, lightweight, durable, weatherproof and inexpensive. Perfect for directional signs. Should last 12-18 months under most conditions.

Polystyrene (0.10)

This popular economic plastic material is 3mm thick (i.e. about the thickness of 1 quarter and 1 nickel), very rigid, and has a nice matte finish. It hangs very straight which provides a nice touch to your sign.

Reflective Aluminum (0.040) (0.063) ( 0.080)

Increase the nighttime exposure of your signs by using our Reflective Aluminum. We take our .040 & .063 & .080 Aluminum and surface it with 3M Reflective Vinyl for the ultimate in outdoor sign visibility. This material should last 2-3 years before fading. .040 Aluminum is like 24 gauge steel, and as thick as 1 dime. Our .063 Aluminum is like 20 gauge steel, and as thick as a nickel and the .080 is our most heavy duty. In all three cases, unlike steel, Aluminum won’t rust.
